Spearheaded the implementation of a new Veteran service that
enables form-tracking through dedicated customer portals.
Conducted an in-depth analysis of the Mitel to MitelASC
conversion process to enable automated call data downloads for a
third-party partner.
Developed a new microservice to digitize Disability Benefits
Questionnaires (DBQ), streamlining the claims process for
practitioners and veterans. Created a custom change log for a
shared NuGet package, enhancing version control and improving
transparency for package consumers.
Modernized a provider credentialing tool using Angular, which included implementing new functionality and strengthening the application with comprehensive unit tests.
Upgraded a Ruby on Rails application from version 4.2 to 5.1,
meticulously updating the test suite with each version increment
to ensure stability and functionality.
Designed and developed a full-stack web application built with
Ruby on Rails, featuring a secure user authentication system
with Devise. The platform allows users to register and pay for
tournaments online using Stripe for payment processing. It also
includes an image upload feature for event winners, with photos
stored on AWS S3. The application is hosted on Heroku.
As a business professional, I was responsible for hiring, training and scheduling a staff of as many as 30 during my tenure. I took great pride in delivering a quality experience to my members and their guests each day.
